According to Ayurvedic teachings, herbs help maintain the balance of the doshas on a subtle, energetic level. In Ayurveda, herbs are a component of our diet and important for supplying the body with sufficient secondary plant substances and bitter and astringent flavors. However, Ayurvedic herbs do not replace a healthy, balanced diet or compensate for deficiencies in a one-sided, unbalanced diet. The effects of Ayurvedic herbs are based on traditional Ayurvedic knowledge. Ayurvedic herbs work on the level of the doshas. An effect in the sense of modern Western science is therefore not claimed. In particular, the aspect of the balance of the doshas has no equivalent in our science, so there is no confirmation of the effects described in Ayurveda in the sense of Western science.

Application

Ayurveda recommends 1-2 tablespoons twice a day after meals.

Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3 - 4 weeks.

Ayus Asava Punarnava contains 8.9% alcohol by volume and is produced using a traditional process of self-fermentation from water, sugar cane molasses and herbs.
