Sree Sankara - Triphala Gritham - 250ml

Sree Sankara's Triphala Gritham is a high-quality Ayurvedic massage oil based on a traditional Sahasrayogam recipe. It combines purified ghee (butyrum) with the powerful Triphala complex—a blend of the three fruits Amalaki (Emblica officinalis), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), and Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica). It improves ojas and agni and purifies all seven dhatus.

Application

Before use, warm the Gritham in a warm water bath to approximately 36–40°C to achieve the optimal consistency. This can be done in a bottle warmer for infant formula or in a water bath. To do this, either place the bottle directly in a pot of hot water or add an appropriate amount of oil to a small glass bowl and warm it in the hot water.

Shake well and then apply to the skin.
